Terms & Conditions

• The Early Bird offer is available for Christmas Photography Sessions taking place on 14th and 15th November 2026 at High Newton Village Hall.

• To receive the Early Bird discount, bookings must be made by 30th September 2026.

• Discount code ‘EARLYBIRD10’ must be quoted when booking.

• The offer applies to new bookings only.

• The discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

• The discount applies to the Christmas Photography Session booking price only and does not apply to additional products or services.

• Sessions are subject to availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Bookings are only confirmed once the required contract and payment have been received.

• The Early Bird offer cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings made before the offer was available or after the offer closing date.

• All other Christmas Photography Session booking terms and conditions continue to apply.

Jasmine Photography reserves the right to withdraw the Early Bird offer where necessary, subject to applicable consumer rights.
